Brief: To have a web presence and email accounts for their company, previously all customers were through word of mouth, not with their website launched, they can create links with other online e-tailors, and promote their service more effectively. The solution chosen for MOT city was a CMS system, and full training was given to the staff on how to login and modify the content as needed.

Brief: To sell parts and vehicles online, we also repaired an office PC that was infected with 500 virii, and quoted on a CCTV installation.

Brief: To sell rover spare parts online, with the website having the ability to be search engine friendly. Their main sales were through eBay, and they wanted to direct users to their website after the sale on ebay had closed.

Brief: 100% Availability of internal office data, we used Microsoft replication technology to synchronise files across multiple servers, so if a server was to be restarted, it would have no impact on users working on open files.

Brief: Display the company catalogue online without the ability for the user to purchase. Moon required the ability to display static pages and information about their products, full training was given on the solution, and they manage the wesbite themselves.

Brief: Increase application server availability, we deployed Microsoft virtual server technology to migrate 4 physical servers to 1 physical server with a secondary server as a hot standby in case of failure.

Brief: Diagnose and repair their exchange 5.5 server after failure. Migrate their 5.5 server to Windows Small Business Server - outside of business hours so as not to disrupt work. Configure Apple Macintosh computers to send and receive email through the new Microsoft Exchange Server.
