Managed IT Support is our comprehensive IT support cover package. Remote Support CallsA remote support call is a telephone call, email or remote assistance session carried out in response to an issue. 1 credit will be deducted if the issue is resolved. 1 credit is 15minutes of engineer time. Onsite Support HoursOnsite support hours can be carried across for 1 month from the previous month as long as you continue with the managed support agreement. Monthly Systems CheckA monthly system check will be a generalized session where your systems will be checked to ensure they are in good working order. (This is carried out onsite with one of our engineers visiting site) Any upgrades of services packs will be installed accordingly. Example Prices:
Additional Onsite and Remote Support CallsOn a managed IT support agreement you are entitled to a reduced hourly rate for onsite visits and remote support calls*. Monthly retainer is payable one month in advance with a minimum agreement term of 2 months. All managed support agreements are subject to an onsite health check. Discount depends of different factors such as network size, hours of cover, type of cover etc |
